Product Availability

We work hard to ensure in-stock products are shipped promptly, typically within 1 business day. For out-of-stock or pre-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will send shipping confirmations and tracking information by email.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50 in the continental USA. For orders under $50, shipping is $5.95. We also ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and other international destinations for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days within the USA. Allow 1-3 weeks for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on custom or engraved items.

Exchanges for a different item are allowed within 14 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is unused with original tags. Please contact us to initiate a return and provide your order information. We will send a prepaid return label or further instructions.
